David S. Joseph II
Mr. Joseph is a C-Suite executive with nearly 30 years of experience in public and private real estate. His understanding of the capital markets combined with end user relationships and strategies have produced positive results.
Mr. Joseph received a Master of Science degree from the James Graaskamp Real Estate program at the University of Wisconsin-Madion and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Saint Louis University. Later, he became a Principal with the Chicago based private equity group, Walton Street Capital. Most recently, he was an Executive Vice President and member of the Investment Committee at Taubman Centers.
He remains involved with the Urban Land Institute (served on various mixed-use and retail councils), an adivsory Board member and guest lecturer of James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, University of Wisconsin-Madison, member and guest panelist of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and an Affiliate Board Member of the American Heart Association.
